terms of sale.
the rules we trade under — written plainly, in short paragraphs, without boilerplate. nothing here removes your statutory rights under uk law.
01 · who you're buying from.
you are buying from bhpcbd (bhp), a uk-registered business operating out of brereton heath, cheshire. company details on request via bhpcbd@gmail.com.
02 · who can buy.
you must be 18 years or older to purchase any product on this site. see age verification. we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe was placed by someone under 18.
03 · what we sell.
cbd food supplements, topicals, and related accessories — sold as food supplements under uk law. we make no medical claims. our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before using cbd.
04 · placing an order.
prices and stock are shown in real time. an order is an offer from you to buy, which we accept when we send you a dispatch confirmation. up until that point we may decline an order for any reasonable reason (stock error, suspected fraud, shipping restriction) and we'll refund any payment in full within 5 working days.
05 · price & payment.
prices are in gbp, include uk vat where applicable, and exclude shipping. payment is taken at checkout in full. we accept major debit and credit cards, and selected crypto (see crypto payments). if a price is clearly wrong — e.g. £0.99 instead of £9.99 — we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil.
06 · delivery.
see our shipping page for rates and timings. risk passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you gave us. we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or acts outside our control, but we will help chase anything that's gone missing.
07 · returns & refunds.
14-day return window on unopened items, 48-hour window on transit damage. full terms on our returns page. this sits alongside, and does not reduce, your rights under the consumer rights act 2015.
08 · guarantees.
we guarantee every product is:
- the strength stated on the label (third-party verified);
- free of solvents, pesticides, heavy metals above uk food limits;
- within 0.2% thc, as required under uk law;
- tested by an independent uk lab, with the coa published on our lab results page.
09 · things we're not liable for.
we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses (such as lost profit or business interruption) arising from the use of a product. nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10 · intellectual property.
the bhp name, marks, photography, product illustrations, site copy, and brand design are ours. please don't reuse them without permission. user reviews and community photos remain yours — by posting them on our site or tagging us on instagram, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to repost with credit.
11 · account & newsletter.
accounts are for your own use; keep your login details private. you can delete your account any time by emailing bhpcbd@gmail.com. newsletter is opt-in and one-click opt-out.
12 · changes.
we may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. the version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for 60 days.
13 · disputes.
if something goes wrong, email us first — we fix 99% of problems within a day. if we cannot agree, disputes are governed by the law of england & wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. eu customers retain their rights under local consumer protection.
