what we accept.
we settle on-chain with no custodian in the middle. the flow is handled by our payments provider which gives us a one-time address for each order.
the 5% discount.
every crypto order gets 5% off the basket total, applied automatically when you select "pay with crypto" at checkout. this is our way of saying thank you — we save on card-processing fees and pass them back to you.
how to pay.
exchange-rate handling.
the coin amount shown at checkout is a live quote from our payments provider, locked for 15 minutes. if network confirmation takes longer and the price moves outside a small tolerance, we'll either accept the payment or refund the difference — your call.
refunds.
crypto refunds go back in the same coin you paid in, sent to an address you provide when you request the refund. the refund amount reflects the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed — we don't take the currency-fluctuation risk, and neither should you without knowing.
privacy.
we don't require a crypto-specific id beyond your shipping address and age confirmation. the transaction is visible on the public blockchain — that's inherent to the coin, not something we add. we do not share the address with anyone beyond our payments provider.
what can go wrong.
- wrong network — usdt sent on tron, not ethereum, for example. we cannot recover funds sent to the wrong chain. check twice before sending.
- underpayment — if you send less than the invoice due to fees, we'll email you to top up the difference or refund the partial payment.
- gas spike — on ethereum mainnet, gas can briefly exceed the discount. consider paying on solana or in btc lightning for small orders.
