order by 8am and your package leaves cheshire the same day, royal mail first class. what you see at checkout is what you pay.
uk shipping.
orders placed after 8am go out the next working day. orders placed on friday afternoon, saturday, or sunday leave on the following monday. we don't dispatch on public holidays.
international.
we ship across europe and to most of the world using royal mail international tracked. rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. typical timings:
import duties. international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes on arrival. these are the responsibility of the recipient. we cannot predict or pre-pay them.
cbd regulations. cbd legality varies by country. please check your local regulations before ordering. if your package is seized by local customs, we cannot refund the contents.
tracking.
once your order is packed you'll receive a confirmation email with a royal mail tracking link. if you haven't had one within 24 hours of ordering (working days), check your spam folder or drop us a line.
lost or delayed.
uk first-class post is reliable but not infallible. if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days (uk) or 21 working days (international), contact us and we'll either resend or refund — your choice. we lodge the claim with royal mail; you don't have to.
discreet packaging.
every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. no bhp markings, no hemp leaves, no "cbd" on the label. the shipping label gives only the return address and the weight.
