if something isn't right — damaged in post, wrong item, changed your mind before opening — we'll make it right within 14 days.
14-day window.
you have 14 days from the delivery date to tell us you want to return an item. the item must arrive back to us within 14 days of that notice. unopened, unused, in original packaging. send an email first so we can log the return — contact us.
what we can refund.
- unopened oils, capsules, balms, extracts, vapes — full refund of the product price.
- damaged in transit — send a photo of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery. full refund or replacement, your choice.
- wrong item sent — our error. we'll arrange a pre-paid return label and send the correct item.
- faulty or leaking — even if opened. refund or replacement.
what we cannot refund.
- opened consumables (oils, capsules, balms, extracts). for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.
- items held by customs or seized during international import.
- products you've owned for more than 30 days.
- the mystery box, once opened.
how to return.
we strongly recommend tracked post for any return — uk second-class signed is usually £2.85. if the parcel gets lost on the way back and it wasn't tracked, we can't refund.
refunds.
refunds go back to the original payment method. uk card refunds typically land within 3–5 working days of processing. crypto refunds are sent in the same coin you paid with, at the exchange rate on the day of refund (see crypto payments).

this policy is offered alongside and does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer rights act 2015 and the consumer contracts regulations 2013.
